Bukit Bintang has high traffic jam so that is not good.
The water fountain in the lobby area is smelly and does not create a welcoming feeling. The make up rooom service took a long time on Sat, 4 May. It was past 4.30 pm when I had to remind the staff to clean up the room even though we switched on the Make Up room button before 12 noon. The room furniture looks old.

A very central hotel within KLCC, and all that there is to offer. Breakfast choices were extensive and tasty.
The pool provided welcome relief from the heat, and the gym looks quite well set up.
I'd be happy to stay again.

Superb location.
Didn’t like the showers as they were not powerful, very low pressure! The staff were not very responsive, called them to check on safe as it was not working but no one came to check throughout our 4-day stay.

Good location close to public transport and choice of places to eat. Friendly and efficient checkin and out, wide choice for breakfast to suit all tastes. Notable that checkin is open 24/7 unlike many other places where checkin desk closes at midnight.

The hotel was great decor in some areas very good a few areas need a little attention
Service very good in all area’s
Choices for breakfast very good we had a club room but tried both venues for breakfast very good
With club room we had access to all day coffee & none alcoholic drinks all day & cocktails in the evening all staff amazing helpful in everything explained the area around the hotel how to get around to other area’s
The food at cocktail evening had choices of cuisine the hot food was not hot so did not eat but definitely lots of cold choices

Lobby looks decent but the interior seems to be breaking and needs major renovation.
The room ceiling leaks and looks old. The health club has closed down too. The price for the room is decent, ard $123 sgd per night. Location is good and convenient though.
