Super hotel.
Absolutely lovely hotel. Only there for two nights but really liked the room, grounds and staff. Food in restaurant was excellent.

Some minor issue with chk in. Made me waited for 30 mins even though I reached after 3pm. After seeing how displeased I was, the manager offer me another room with upgrade. Hotel generally is clean and conducive.

The main criteria that i like about this resort is the green and quiet environment. Everything about this resort is good except for few things that can be improve that are the breakfast food can be more varieties and the gym can be bigger with more equipments.

On my way back home after hectic runaround in UK and France I really needed to unwind before i got home to Perth. I didn't even want to go into KL city it was so relaxing. Food was great and the pool, spa, sauna were a bonus.

The premises are old and in very poor condition. Plumbing smells and had rotten timber work from leaking pipes. Ants throughout the room and bathroom. Food in the restaurants is very poor quality. Check-in is not modern and only ask to write down your credit card details. The two different rooms occupied both had stained bedding and towels in rooms.

The resort was a like an oasis in the city of Cyberjaya. Nice palm trees and greenery surrounded the resort resulting in a quiet retreat. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Property is older but had charm. We plan to return soon.

Noted the property has been around since the 90s but the should have kept the rooms and bathroom much cleaner since I could see lizard poo everywhere.

Worst place to stay in KL.
One of the worst properties I have ever stayed. Water color from the faucet were red, door/window panels were broken, kitchen pipe did not work, sofa was disgusting, no vegetarian food etc etc. No one should ever go near to this property. Hotels.com should be careful about listing and selling this property for US $100+ where I could have gone to some 5 stars with an additional 10 miles more. Stay away from this property, absolutely disgusting. The sofa - you will be disgusted to touch it, forget about sitting on it.

Room was okey. Not a modern interior, more like local wooden style. We are okey with it. Bathroom needs a bit more cleaning, esp on the wall tiles. Big swimming pool..kids friendly

staff are warm and helpful. Rooms are in need of some freshening and the restaurants are OK, not great but the staff are very pleasing. The pool is nice and the grounds are pretty. At night and in the early morning the pathway from the pool area to the main lobby is very dark and could benefit from lighting on the walkway. Overall good value for money.

Not worth the money
Our room (number 120) is near the railway so it is very noisy. It is a 22 years old hotel hence maintenance is much needed. The property is quite run down. The couch in our room is dirty and there are plenty of ants in the room. The pictures shown in the website for the deluxe chalet (executive) are with bathtub but our room do not have a bathtub. Overall it wasn't a pleasant stay for us.

the picture on the tv is so blur, sometimes while watching, tv turn to a blue blank screen wifi is slow no kitchen utensils at all in mini kitchen. The wire of the boiler is so short that it was hard for us to use they only gave us 1 access card, 2 would be ideal

The hotel is dated, my room had an air conditioner that was in ill repair. After a call to the front desk a repairman appeared who was not qualified to remedy the problem. The room itself was dated, almost no amenities. I had to ask for water. This hotel is not the place to stay if you are looking for 5 star service and accommodations, I was highly dismayed

Very nice hotel - everything you need.
Nice hotel. Was here on business, so I didn't have chance to utilise the facilites - but the pool looked inviting. However, the hotel is isolated - there is nothing within walking distance. Several restaurants on-site and nice buffet breakfast. Good lounge for relax and have a drink at end of day. They were a little lacking regarding refreshing the room. Kept forgetting to replace the wash-cloths (face washer) and other details. But it was minor inconvenience.

Big and spacious, wide selection of food, and a great spa. They have a buggy service to help you get around the property. However service is abysmally slow and rooms not clean. We were a large group and booked about 10 rooms all of which had an insect and ant problem. The bedroom slippers in my room were used and not clean.
