Great room and amazing pool.

Overall great stay. The place has an amazing pool and very good rooms. Limited food places within walking distance but there is a well stocked convenience store in the building next to it. Will definitely stay here again in the future

체크인하는 곳이 따로 없어 옆건물에 문의하여 집주인과 연락할 수 있었고, 만나서 열쇠를 받을 수 있었습니다. 수건이 큰 수건 두 장 뿐이고 추가로 지급되지않았던 점 말고는 불편한 점이 없었고 저렴한 가격에 많은 것을 누릴 수 있었던 숙소였습니다

モノレールのブキナナス駅に近く、ダンワギ駅からも徒歩10分ほどでした。 レジデンス隣のビル1階にコンビニと生鮮食品の売っているお店があり 買い物はそこで済ませました。 部屋は清潔で、家具もそろっています。洗濯機もありますので、滞在というよりも住んでいる感覚を味わえます。

Lovely Place

We stayed 4 nights in a studio apartment on the 16th floor. The room was very spacious with great views of the city, comfortable king size bed and lovely soft pillows. The bathroom and shower recess were huge with a massive rain shower.

Misleading

Very deceiving - the address is Fraser Residency but the apartment called by different name. When you arrive at Fraser Residency they have no idea about your booking. You have to call a number which is on the booking and someone comes to Fraser Residency and takes you to a room in the Fraser Residency building. Very unprofessional and a little frightening. One the balcony was a direct ashtray which stayed there for the duration of my stay. On checking out there was nowhere to leave the key. Fraser Residency would not accept as it was nothing to do with them. I called the man who had shown me to the apartment and told him the key was with the Taxi rank. He told me to wait but I was already on my way. Very unsatisfactory and misleading.

The problem wa at check out

It was a beautiful Apartment but I was shocked when we were checking out as the man in charge asked us did we not have a hairdryer and an additional I phone charger / radio in other words he hadn't checked his inventory for this apartment. I was quite shocked by this, otherwise everything was very good and I would recommend this to a friend.

Very good, except unconnecting wifi

Located within 3 minutes from monorail station. Gorgeous apartment, good room, having a bathtub, good staff. I was comfortable except one point that I couldn't access wifi. モノレールの駅から３分ほどの短期滞在型アパート群の一角で営業しているみたいです。事前に到着時間をー連絡したり、現地で電話して迎えに来てもらって部屋に案内されるシステムのようです。スタッフの方はバングラデシュの人でした。部屋は綺麗で広く、バスタブもあり、コスパは良いと思いますが、唯一ほとんどwifiがなぜか繋がらなかったのがマイナスです。

My cousins and I had a great bonding weekend here. Check in and check out were hassle free. Apartment condition was good. KL Tower view from the balcony was a cherry on top.

could have been excellent....

very good facilities and comfort, however the unit we were occupying was not cleaned well before we were allowed to move in, e.g. toothpaste remains in the bathroom sink, tv was not accessible throughput our 3 night stay.
