Centralised. Not a crowded environment. Link bridge to monorail and shopping mall. Lots of food options. Easy check in / check out. It’s quiet, never heard cars honking in the night. Helpful and attentive service staff - reception / concierge / restaurant. Every staff wore a smile and one of them even advised us to go to the airport earlier, thank goodness we did. Location made it easier to Grab cars too. A lot of areas at lobby for people to sit around. That was not usually the case in many hotels. Delicious morning breakfast spreads, especially the roti Prata and the curries that went with it. My relatives were very happy staying at the Aloft. Went to the rooftop and had some drinks in the pub. Cool. Didn’t use the pool this time. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily. Clean & quiet corridors on 15th floor. Access cards to all levels, fairly safe & secured. Concierge could help book Grab cars for us. Clean lobby toilets. No smoke smells at all. Have had already shared our favourable experience with friends. No regrets making the decision to stay there and we are happy to be back again if there’s an opportunity. Thank you Aloft and keep up the good efforts!

Felt like champagne service for lemonade price. The location for a none driver was beyond compare,on floor 2 there was direct access to an entire wonderful shopping centre with everything you could ever desire and turn left at shopping centre and you at kuala lumpur's sentral station with quick access to all major sights and very excellent link to the airport and theres even the coach station underneath with its own connection to the hotel. With a wonderful swimming pool on the 30th floor and an unmissable breakfast. I cannot recommend this hotel enouph.

Few minutes walk from KL Sentral so the journey to and from the airport was very easy and fast. Aloft’s location is very good. It is linked to Nu Sentral so dining and shopping was also only a few minutes away. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious and the bathroom has shower and toilet separated. Would have preferred if the shower head was not fixed but it’s a small issue. The staff were all polite and friendly. Overall a great hotel. I’ll stay here again in future.

Wish there were USB sockets in room. Also alarm clock made noises all night. Shower temperature control was really difficult to control! Liked the roof top bar. Staff were super nice.

Staff was efficient, helpful and friendly. I like the late checkout (12noon). The room was spacious but it needed a coffee table to go with the sofa.

The location within the centre of transportations hub, making it very convenient to move around. The big mall next door is a great healing for anything else including the traditional eateries nearby are great choices for foodies. The hotel itself is clean and spacious rooms with friendly staff is home for resting and relaxing. Always a great choice whenever in KL.

The property is located in the transportation hub of KL making it very convenient to move around. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The staff were very friendly. I would stay there again.

I stay at this hotel every time i come to KL for business as you can train directly to Sentral form the airport and the hotel is attached to a huge mall with everything you need. The staff are friendly and attentive, and facilities are clean and modern. I will come again.

Love this hotel. Conveniently located next to KL Sentral. Room is clean. Staff are great. Rooftop swimming pool is beautiful except that people are allowed to smoke by the pool which is also next to a bar. That's the only negative experience I had staying at this hotel.

We arrived very late at night and their computer system was down so we waited for ages, eventually they found us three rooms, just any rooms, not the ones we booked, because they couldn’t see where we were assigned. We chose to stay on in these rooms although they offered to move us the next day. The rest of the stay was fine, a nice rooftop pool, very convenient location for taking trains and a good mall Nu Sentral adjacent. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and not too expensive for a three day stopover.
