Schon der Eingangsbereich und die Flure waren sehr schmutzig, die Türen beschädigt und es gab einen unangenehmen Geruch. Der gesamte Zustand war unzumutbar – es sah überhaupt nicht wie ein Ort aus, an dem man übernachten kann. Wir mussten wieder gehen und haben um eine Rückerstattung gebeten. "The hotel was conveniently situated close to the main train and tram station so access to the city and beyond was easy. The staff were more than helpful and very patient with some of the requests my party were asking. The room was warm clean and spacious maybe if i had one criticism it would be the lack of draw space for your smaller clothes. The breakfast was a display of continental foods at its best and always as a plate became empty it was replaced by a fresh plate of food. All in all a great week spent in a delightful friendly hotel more like home than home."

"The room was amazing, some of the best views we have ever had in a hotel, was absolutely spotless and had great amenities. You can opt out of having the room cleaned each day in return for drinks vouchers at the bar, which we chose to do, but even then they make your bed and fill your amenities each day. The bar in the hotel is also great, with a relaxed vibe and a great range of drinks; including cocktails. If you’re looking for modern luxury in the heart of Vienna, with great views, immaculate rooms and well within reach of all the best things to do in Vienna - this is the place for you. We will be back !!!"

"The hotel is in a perfect location to see all the highlights of Vienna. There is a grocery store just steps away and everything else is within walking distance. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They arranged my airport transfer, helped me with directions and even provided an American electrical plug (the hotel has no USB plugs to charge electrionics). The breakfast buffet was awesome, pasties, cooked to order omelets, cereals, a very nice assortment. In general, it was a great stay at this hotel. If ever I decide to go to Vienna again, I will stay here."
