Overall this day was very good. The breakfast buffet which is included is amazing. The hotel is a bit outdated and needs a lot of work on renovation. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Sleepy and deserted.

Poor internet, drafty windows, unmanned reception, expensive food, faulty room doors that slam loudly disturbing neighbors, and subpar cleaning every three days. Overall, the hotel feels tired and impersonal, losing its former charm as a vibrant gathering place for joyful moments and delectable meals. It seems stuck in the pandemic era, while the city offers almost equally unremarkable alternatives, although slightly better than the city hotel.

Hotellet behöver en ordentlig renovering, allt från fasad, entrédörren till hotellet gick knappt att öppna, massor av hål i väggarna, färgsläpp runt hela hotellet, gamla badrum mm mm sängarna var dock sköna och frukosten god. Finns inte så mycket alternativ i Kristinehamn tyvärr.
