Very pleasant building, cool and peaceful with good decor.
Spotlessly clean rooms with very comfortable beds. The shower was the best I have had in many a hotel.
The breakfast was huge and varied with some very high-quality items. Squeeze your own fresh orange juice was a nice touch.

It is a new hotel near the city center. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room and the common areas were clean and beautiful. The breakfast could be better.

Amazing Hotel, Staff are very friendly and helpful! Next to the Safari Park, I couldn't visit as I was travelling for business so arrived late and left early for the Airport but will definitely visit again. Amazing for families but I felt very comfortable and welcome as a lone traveller. Very Clean.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The room and bathroom were a good size, though a bit more shelving in the bathroom would be handy for the toiletries. The kettle could do with being on a different tabltor have a longer cable, as you had to either unplug it, or move the cup down to where you could pour.
The only other issue, is that the main menu stops at 6 p.m., there are other choices for the next hour, then it closes at 8 p.m.
The TV also was problematic, as it gave sound but no picture....
