The room we got was very dirty, the tiles in the shower had dirty spots, the floor boards was very dusty and dirty. The towels also locked used.. On one side of the bed it locked like someone had been spitting at the floor. There was a capsule coffe machine, but no capsules. We complained, first they was sold out of the room type, and when we said we wanted at least the equally or better, there was a free room. The new room was somewhat cleaner, but the times in the bathroom was dusty, the type of stuck to the tiles dust. The sink was clogged and the waterpressure bad. The showersoap spelled bad. The coffe machine was missing, only one coat hanger and the room was very dusty. The smokealarm was furry! The hotel bar at the 13th floor was nice, expensive though.. The breakfast was good, the sausages and eggs was on the cold side. But good selection. Overall not very happy with the stay.. Will not be back.
