"If there was a provision to rate 0, i would have. I looked at snaps and reviews and booked for a weekend stay, paid a bomb for the deluxe suite - came to room late in evening , the a/c remote is missing, there is no toilet paper in the bathroom, for the extra pull up sofa/bed - no bedding /pillow etc In the morning , asked for two bottles of water and they took 68 mins to get the bottle I paid a bomb for this, over 9k and such pathetic service. stay away from this property like Plague. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel Bimba and would definitely recommend it.
The room was immaculate, well-maintained, and very comfortable from the moment I checked in. The stay was smooth, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for.
The staff were welcoming, helpful, and ensured everything was taken care of.
They had a attached multicuisine restaurant , again a nice experience with the food and staff interaction.
I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

We had a nice 3 day stay here. The hotel staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful arranging taxis and rickshaws as needed to get around. Our room was quiet and the air con was very cool. Breakfast buffet was a delicious spread. Easy location. Our Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Huge upgrade from our previous hotel. This stay exceeded my standards.
