"The room was above expectations. Amazing view of the Alps! The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. There is a play room for kids as well as an outdoor playground associated with the property. We ate breakfast there a couple times and also cooked in the room - both great experiences. The skikeller was safe and in a great location for ski-in-ski-out. We absolutely loved this hotel!! "

"We prepaid for room but hotel insisted we had not paid despite showing them proof, even our credit card statement with the charge listed. It took over an hour at checkout to resolve this matter otherwise they would have charged our card for incidentals the entire room price again. Breakfast was terrible. We had to make up the beds for our children ourselves. The resort has many amenities and is walking distance to a tiny Town with a couple restaurants. Beautiful area."

"We had a delightful five-night stay at this hotel in July. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotelā€™s location is excellent, right next to the cable car, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Thereā€™s plenty to do in the area, and most attractions are included with the complimentary Katschberg card you receive upon check-in. Guests have access to a free uncovered car park, with the option to pay for the underground car park. The spa and wellness suite is fantastic, featuring several covered pools and hot tubs, including two outdoor hot tubs connected by a small slide. Our daughter loved the childrenā€™s club, which was open from 9 am to 8 pm daily, with a movie shown in their dedicated cinema room each night. The food was excellent, with three different main course options (meat, fish, and vegetarian) available each night, along with a varied childrenā€™s buffet, starters, cheese, and dessert courses. We wouldnā€™t hesitate to return to this hotel."
