Good location, Nice and comfy.

A fantastic place. Very good location. Very close to central place and a nearby grocery shop. Convenient for breakfast and to buy some water and other necessities. Only thing I’m worried about was that there was not good ventilation, particularly in the toilet and for kitchen. Toilet smells sometimes. I hope they fix this problem otherwise it’s a four star location .

Apartment is situated close amenities and 5 -10 minute walk to the central square. Rooms were all very spacious and very warm with the temperatures outside at 0 degrees it was nice. There is a kettle , fridge microwave and all crockery , the only thing we found to be short was no toaster but not a problem there are cafes nearby for breakfast,

We staying in flat 1 which was a lovely little flat with everything we needed. It was in a great location. I was a little disappointed to find that on arrival there was no useful bits. We had to go and get milk, water etc which is ok, but we usually find guests appreciate something to help them our for their first day. Apart from that it was hassle free, lovely and warm in the freezing temperatures and a very quiet block of flats. Good size comfy bed and nice little kitchenette. A pair of scissors would have been useful though. Overall very happy.

When we went to book in, there was no reception at the apartments, I was told to go to next door as per Hotels.com booking in information, to be told that I had to walk a further 300-400mtrs to another hotel to pick up the keys. This needs to be updated in your booking in information and delete the go next door?. The apartment 9 was clean and well laid out, the balcony was tramway to sit and have a coffee, the apartment is about 500mtrs from the main square so really well positioned. Bad points. Shower head needs sorting as it just leaks out of the side, no toaster which is always great for self catering and also no oven? Overall a great apartment, centrally located and would defo stay again

Amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. Very stylish and very close to old square and train station . Staff were very helpful. Kitchen could be more equipped for people that want to cook , very basic utensils, didn’t bother us as we ate out all the time . We loved our balcony for early morning coffee and croissants . Great place to stay

Lovely apartments no more than 5-10 minutes steady walk from main square. On a quiet side street with a supermarket and restaurants two minutes away. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and for once the pictures reflected exactly what you get. Would recommend!!

Practical and perfect for purpose needed :)

Apartment was in a great location and in a beautiful building which was well kept. 2 bedroom Apartment was a good size and bedrooms were great. All was clean and tidy apart from shower cubicle, shower itself needs some attention as doesn’t function brilliantly (leaks so not much power) and could do with a good scrub! But other than this would recommend.

Nice place, unfortunate plumbing

Check-in went smoothly, and the place was very tidy and well-decorated. The apartment did require climbing 4 flights of stairs, but we knew that ahead of time. Unfortunately, one shower did not drain well at all. That same shower also had a poorly-operating shower head. There were a couple lights burned out in the apartment. Overall, though, we were satisfied with our stay. The heating worked well, and the place was quiet.

Great location let down by no cleaning maintenance

Apartment was in an excellent location for visiting all the sights of old Krakow. Cleanliness was disgusting with stains on the mattresses, sheets and pillows. Also dirty cutlery left in draws and cups had been used to make pot noodle and not washed up leaving the whole cupboard smelling of curry. Very little cutlery atnd crockery supplied at all.

Apartment is exactly as it looks on the pictures. Very close to the square and small shop but at the same time quiet. Comfortable beds, good linen, hot water. Well equipped kitchen area. Very good value for money.

Hi, Fab apartment really well located easy to walk everywhere, our apartment was at the top of the building so if you don't do stairs it will not be for you, but for us it was perfect. The reception was next door at another apartment block but staff were lovely and very good with providing maps and information. Only one small issue with the plumbing in the second bathroom which stopped us from being able to shower
