Good location, very close to the market square. Very good breakfast. Friendly lobby staff. We were lucky enough to be able to park our car on the street just 50m from the hotel from Saturday 16:00 for 1 night. Parking is free at night 20:00-10:00 and on Sunday. The only problem was that the sink was leaking, but it wasn't a major inconvenience.

Lovely hotel, very central, our room did get a lot of noise from the surrouding buildings. Breakfast was what youd expect, bread, cheese, meats, cereal etc. Staff allowed us to check in early and it was very close to all amenities

Great place to stay! So close to important sites, including the Old Town, Jewish Quarter, and bus station. As a solo traveler, I felt safe at all times. The continental breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again.

Very close to Krakow Old Town. Many dinning options nearby. The staff was super friendly. There is a water dispenser in the lobby which was very convenient. Breakfast was also great.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast. The first night's we were in a room on the street side and there was a lot of noise and trams. When we returned to stay at the end of our trip, we had a room towards the back that was.very quiet. Overall, a very good hotel that I would return to on another trip.
