This is not a full-scale hotel with a full set of amenities—it is fairly basic in its setup. However, the rooms were remarkably clean, quiet, and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. As for the location, it is ideal. Situated right in the heart of the historic center, virtually everything was within a 15-minute walk. One practical note: be cautious when entering and exiting the hotel, as the tram runs directly past the front entrance. That said, street noise was never an issue—we never heard the tram from inside our room. I would definitely recommend travelers consider staying at Hotel Santi when visiting Kraków.

The room was clean and large, situated close to the main square. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There was a bar, I didn’t see anyone use it. Staff were all professional and polite. Water supplied in the room. Toiletries are supplied on request, i expect this as a minimum in all hotels. I had to ask for conditioner. Air con was a pain to operate.

Hotel Santi

Hotel is in a great location, near to the main square. Rooms near the road can be noisy due to the trams.
