Very spacious tidy great facilities no lifts was a bit annoying and also the shower was stupid had a shower head but no curtain around bath so floor got absolutely soaked I would recommend for mobile people great value for money too

Skønt hotel

Dejligt hotel med yderst hjælpsom og service minded personale. Fint værelse med alt hvad vi havde brug for. En gammel bygning med massere af atmosfære. Og gå afstand til både den gamle by og shopping centre.

Krakow - int beliggende mindre hotel

Hotellet rustikt i sit udseende med kold beton hovedtrappe som giver noget støj fra gående, kufferter mv. Receptionen meget lille, men med fin service. Værelserne er store og fin rengøring. Intet luxeriøst over værelserne. Morgenbuffet som kan tilkøbes er mef stort udbud ogalle pengene værd. Hotellet belligende i meget stille gade med 100 meter til den indre bykerne.

Lovely place the staff where superb couldn’t help Enough , lots of stairs though if you need lifts no good for you this place , if you don’t its a belter no air con not a modern hotel but it was authentic which is what we wanted and in great a position

Habitué des voyages à Cracovie depuis une quinzaine d'années,voici encore une découverte que je recommande fortement Le concept appartement hôtel est très bien avec une cuisine tout équipée mais aussi la possibilité d'un petit déjeuner buffet sur place. Petit déjeuner très varié et très copieux servi dans une salle très agréable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour visiter la ville. Personnel super agréable et serviable (Ce n'est malheureusement pas toujours le cas en Pologne.) · Actuellement des travaux de ravalement sont en cours sur l'arrière du bâtiment avec les fenêtres condamnées à cause de l'échafaudage donc peu de lumière mais suite à notre réclamation nous avons été relogé sur l'avant du bâtiment sans travaux .

Building Works

There is major building works at this hotel with scaffolding across all the windows to the rear of the building. We were unable to open our window as it was sealed with polythene. The builders were outside our window at 7 am therefore we could not open our curtains. We were very disappointed as none of this work was mentioned when we booked. we were offered 15% off our bill. Staff and breakfast good.

Un peu excentré par rapport au centre ville (environ 10 minutes de marche), cet hôtel a beaucoup de charme. Les chambres avec grande hauteur sous plafond sont fonctionnelles et plutôt bien chauffées (même lorsqu'il fait -10 dehors). Le personnel est serviable et le petit déjeuner correct pour 3 nuits. J'ai vraiment apprécié le côté intimiste de l'endroit. Les couvertures sont un peu petites pour des personnes de plus d'1m75. La propreté générale est correcte. Comptez 15 minutes de marche jusqu'à la gare de Cracovie.

On est resté trois jours dans cet hôtel et tout s'est très bien passé. Nous avions le petit-déjeuner inclus qui était très bien servi avec un grand nombre choix de produits. Le personnel était accueillant et serviable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, avec une literie propre et confortable. Petit bémol pour le Wi-Fi qui n'était pas de grande qualité. Je recommande cet hôtel qui se trouvait non-loin de la place principale de la vieille ville. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied grâce à cet emplacement favorable!
