The reserved apartment was changed to one in a different nearby building. Both are well located just outside of the Planty Park perimeter. The location is very good with most major sites easily walkable. Restaurants, cafes, bars, and convenience stores all nearby. The office rental staff was very friendly and helpful and the online staff responded quickly to questions and concerns. The apartment was clean and comfortable but while perhaps oversupplied with cleaning materials there were only minimums of bathroom and kitchen amenities. There were some minor maintenance issues that were nott resolved during our stay but did not cause any real problems. We enjoyed our stay and our visit to the great city of Krakow.

Fantastic apartment great location

Had a great stay here in Krakow the location is perfect to get where you need to be via walking. Apartment was spacious clean and modern. If we had to pick faults the curtains are quite thin so the sun can wake you up around 5am.

Had a great experience here. The room was comfortable and had everything you could need including a full set of dishes! The location was awesome - a very short walk to the old town and off of multiple tram lines. My room was clean and had everything I needed. Loved that you got codes to come and go from the building without a key. Would absolutely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a brilliant location close to the Old Town & within walking distance of the Jewish quarter, the square, bars & lots of excellent restaurants. The apartment is modern & clean with everything you need, shower gel, tea, coffee, sugar etc. The only downside & it wasn’t major were the curtains, they didn’t quite cover the whole of the window & would definitely benefit from being thicker blackout curtains, but this didn’t spoil anything at all. Communication & help/advice was excellent would highly recommend & will definitely book again for my next trip to Krakow.

The location of this property was excellent and made it very easy to explore, being just a short walk from the main square. Although there were some roadworks nearby during our stay, this didn’t cause any inconvenience as we were usually out before they started each morning. When we first arrived, the room appeared clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we later discovered quite a few silverfish in the bathroom, which we had to deal with daily. This was disappointing and made the space feel less well maintained than it first appeared. We also had an issue with the window not closing properly due to a loose handle. We contacted the property, and while they responded promptly and said an engineer would attend, the problem was never actually fixed during our stay. It also became clear that there are residents living in the same building. While this wasn’t a major issue, it would have been nice to know in advance, as the noise levels were sometimes quite high. There was loud music most nights until around 1–2am, which made it difficult to sleep. The property did provide earplugs, which was appreciated and did help somewhat with the noise. Overall, this is a well-located place to stay with plenty of potential, but the maintenance issues, pests, and nightly noise did detract from the experience. I would consider staying again in the future, but I would have appreciated clearer communication about the presence of residents and what to expect.

Our window was impossible to close completely, so it was cold and very loud from the trams outside. When we asked for a blanket we were told that no additional bedding is allowed for two people. The shower leaked so we used a towel to dry the floor, and no additional towels were allowed either. But on the plus side it is in a very good location.

Fragola apartments went above and beyond for us during our stay. Booked and paid in advance in march through expedia but the day we were supposed to arrive contacted fragola and unfortunately my booking hadnt been forwarded from expedia and they were fully booked. We were offered a free upgrade to apartment on main square but we had another room booked at modern view for our teenage sons,so were keen to stay in same building. Took a couple of hours but a lovely guest gave up out original apartment we booked and they moved to the other apartment on the square. We cant thank them and fragola for sorting our stay for us. This had been our 2nd stay at modern view of planty park and definitely will be back
