"We absolutely loved staying at the Balthazar. The location is perfect to explore the city, the room was just beautifully appointed and the staff are so incredibly helpful. We ate at the restaurant and it was just superb. Massive plus all round. Particularly impressive is the traditional breakfast. I normally find hotel breakfast terribly expensive and underwhelming. This was not just well worth the money, but surpassed all expectations. The staff were simply exceptional, just like the hotel. We will be back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. "
