"Great location, in walking distance from main parts of city. The only transport we used was Bolt from airport and back. Very clean. Has everything you need. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. Only one fault was the mattress in our room was rock hard, we found it very difficult to sleep on. (Room 57). Friends recently stayed there in a different style room and said no issue with theirs. Other than that we would stay again but in a different type of room."

"In a strange part of town just over the bridge to Kazimierez. Hotel was decent, staff was cold at best, somewhat rude at worst. The opposite of my usual experience in Krakow."
