"We had 2 rooms - one with river view had 2 rooms and 3 beds, and the other was by the pool with 2 beds. Everything was great as long as you are not there to look for imperfections. Big pluses are it's quiet at night, it has a great restaurant, it's close to feribot and city center, it has 2 pools and breakfast is included. I would love to come back."

"This was an exceptional hotel. Everything was so nice. You were able to walk barefoot from your room to the beach and restaurants. The yoga on the top of the hill is an amazing experience. The only issue was the spa. It was probably the most expensive massage I have ever have, and it was a horrible one. I wish they fixed it, but the rest was exceptional."

"Positives: the food served at the main restaurant was pretty good; we reserved a land view room, but had a view of the ocean and pool; each building has its own pool & lots of beach access, so you don't have to worry about it being crowded or finding loungers; weather was lovely; front desk agent speaks English and was very helpful; spa attendant was great Negatives: only a few employees speak English; and the worst part is the "Fortezza team." "Accommodation was dated but OK, beds comfortable, shower OK. Liked that we had a balcony. Fridge was rubbish. View from the hotel was beautiful Lots of step around which could prove difficult for less abled/pushchairs. Pool nice (could be busy in high summer) hated the loud music played by the pool. Food was plentiful with options for everyone but repetitive after a few day . Alcoholic drinks were dreadful. WiFi only in the reception and pool area. Staff were generally nice and helpful...
