"Excellent beds, linens and towels. Appreciated the location close to Acropolis, free in room water, coffee/tea. Hotel was showing wear and tear on flooring, a slow draining tub and leaky faucet. Breakfast buffet 7/10. Food could have been hotter/fresher. Wait staff were brusque."

"The location at the foot of the Acropolis is perfect with views that can’t be beat from the rooftop restaurant while you eat the included breakfast. "The location of this hotel is amazing for visiting the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, and the charming lanes, shops and restaurants of the older central area of Athens. The front desk staff were very helpful and personable, and the selection and flavor of the breakfast buffet very nice. There is a sister or affiliated hotel a short distance around the corner where we enjoyed drinks at its bar/restaurant. Overall, a very nice experience. "

"Firstly, EVERY member of the staff was friendly, courteous, helpful, hospitable and eager to create a special experience for me, and from what I witnessed, for the other guests as well. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and of excellent quality. The hotel is a classical building with a lot of personality and special touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable(Cocomat bed) and I consistently got a good nights sleep. I also felt very safe staying there. The location couldn’t be beat. The Koukaki neighborhood is a culinary Mecca, plus all the major sites of Athens are in walking distance. I hope I have the opportunity to stay there in the future!"
