"Best location with the best largest shopping centres attached to the hotel lobby. Everything is good, except the interconnecting room's door does not block any conversation & noise from the other room. Ok for a family to book 2 rooms with interconnecting door. But you want one room for your partner & you only, ask for a non connecting room. "

"The room is great, clean and comfortable. Only shortfall is the chamber maid either forgot to check all the things before she leave, like the empty water bottles was not replaced on our 3rd night, no milk were replaced for coffee in the room. Otherwise is generally great staying there. The bath tub handle edge is a bit sharp, need to be careful when getting out from it."

"We had a great experience staying at Aloft Sentral. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options and good quality food – easily one of the highlights of our stay. The location is fantastic. Being connected to the shopping mall and having direct access to the monorail made getting around Kuala Lumpur incredibly easy and convenient. It’s a very central base, especially for first-time visitors. The staff were outstanding – super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were both in great condition, clean, modern, and comfortable. Overall, this hotel offered excellent value and comfort, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting KL."
