We stayed in the hotel over xmass 2014 and were amazed with a friendly service and a family like atmosphere created by the owners and hotel staff. Restaurant serves great selection of Polish dishes and there are plenty of places to eat around Zakopane and Koscielisko. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the ski lifts, however you need a car to get around. It would be useful if they had GPS co-ordinates on the website as locating the hotel entrance from the main road wasn't quite as...

Highly recommended

Brilliant stay! Check in was easy, apartment was clean to a high standard as well as daily housekeeping, staff were friendly, super approachable and willing to help with queries. The views from the apartment balcony were stunning as well as the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options and kept to a high standard. Amazing stay, would absolutely recommend and will be staying again! Thank you to the amazing team!

Excellent hotel in great location. Beautiful interior.

Staff very helpful, breakfasts excellent and the hotel stunning.

Welcoming athmospere really love it . Not 24 h recipient but easy to contact. Room is so amazing just missing sound proof. Balcony is just waw and cozy. Breakfast is just local way and tasty although it's not that big. They have limited rooms just how waw it is. Transportation in the area is was around 20 local currency which was just bit high and to the cable care cost me by taxi around 35. Will come back if I planned to the same area..

Excellent

Staff very helpful and any problems sorted quickly. Would highly recommend. Safe and secure parking (free). Short (5 minute) walk to centre.

Absolutely beautifully spotless accommodation. The hosts were so welcoming and communication was great. The apartments were in a great location and to top it all off, had an amazing spa area that was beautiful. We will definitely return. Thank you ☺️

This is a great hotel located near the coach, bus and train station, which makes it very convenient for day trips, whilst still in a quiet and nice area The hotel has a very nice spa, great also for families, friendly and very helpful staff, and the breakfast had a very good choice of local dishes, fresh fruit juices and good quality. Rooms are comfortable (couple and a child in my case), clean and well kept. Kudos to the receptionists who helped us book our train tickets and were very...

Excellent cosy room, lovely welcome and great breakfast. Value for money and will be back thanks so much. As a hotel manager myself I recognise good hospitality

We visited Hotel Bania on a recommendation from a friend and it was utterly sensational. The hotel is comfortable, with a natural flow and guest journey. There are shared small kitchens on each floor which are so convenient for preparing a snack; it’s a microwave and sink but really useful to have available! The beds are comfortable, however we found the pillows to be quite soft. The hotel is quiet with great sleep quality. The water pressure is excellent and a nice shower space. WiFi is...
