Brilliant stay! Check in was easy, apartment was clean to a high standard as well as daily housekeeping, staff were friendly, super approachable and willing to help with queries. The views from the apartment balcony were stunning as well as the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options and kept to a high standard. Amazing stay, would absolutely recommend and will be staying again! Thank you to the amazing team!

Everything was just fantastic - we had the Chalet Suite which I highly recommend to families travelling with children. The kids club is great - my children were so sad to leave on the last day and rushed to say their goodbyes to the team. We visited Hotel Bania on a recommendation from a friend and it was utterly sensational. The hotel is comfortable, with a natural flow and guest journey. There are shared small kitchens on each floor which are so convenient for preparing a snack; it’s a microwave and sink but really useful to have available! This is a great hotel located near the coach, bus and train station, which makes it very convenient for day trips, whilst still in a quiet and nice area The hotel has a very nice spa, great also for families, friendly and very helpful staff, and the breakfast had a very good choice of local dishes, fresh fruit juices and good quality. We stayed in the hotel over xmass 2014 and were amazed with a friendly service and a family like atmosphere created by the owners and hotel staff. Restaurant serves great selection of Polish dishes and there are plenty of places to eat around Zakopane and Koscielisko. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the ski lifts, however you need a car to get around.
