Everything was beautiful, from the immaculate villa to the superb pool, the tranquil view over the port and the high tech facilities. Couldn't fault anything."

"Lovely hotel , staying in October outside of any school holidays, so hotel not too busy , plenty of sun loungers, attentive staff, place felt very clean, tidy and well maintained. The all inclusive was excellent, enjoyed working though the cocktail menu. Good dining options, the app was very useful - should promote that more, with QR codes etc.. in reception. Friendly reception, very helpful booking taxis. Few times we got taxi to Kos town, then walked back. All very flat - so easy walking. Booked excursion and went to Zia for sunset in the mountains, which was beautiful. Also managed to squeeze in boat ride to Bodrum, Turkey. Overall really impressed with Kos and would certainly come back and stay at the same hotel. Indoor adult pool in the spa was a hidden gem. If the outdoor pools were a few degrees warmer I’d have swam in them more, but the sea was a little warmer and beautiful, so clear.. happily swam in the sea everyday - hotel is in great spot to enjoy the sea. "The hotel was very conveniently located in Kos old town, within easy walking distance to everything. The hotel and room itself were clean and spacious. There was a swimming room that looked quite nice, but we unfortunately did not have time to enjoy."

"The room smelled so bad, like sewage. Worn sheets and towels to the point of being transparent in places. Broken curtains and soap dispensers. Air con was not able to be adjusted, and set to a low fan setting. Building next door is an apartment block with loud shouting and partying all night. Would not recommend. "

"The architecture of the hotel Platanista is gorgeous. I loved everything about this hotel. Beautiful property. Great swimming pools and a nice close by private beach. Superb hotel ! Highly recommended ! "
