"Overall the hotel is decent, However, The beds are very uncomfortable, a safe isn’t included in room charge, limited food options. On our last night we found a mouse in our room (our room was on the 3rd floor and we kept doors closed), we weren’t offered a new room, security came in with a pole and the mouse ran down the corridor (unsure what happened to it I believe it’s still in the hotel)"

"Restaurants are all buffet style, no sit down restaurant. Beach is a rocky beach. Food is alright overall, water park and pools are nice. Rooms are spacious."

"Comfortable room with spacious facilities. Guests can use inside pool day time and spa (require reservation with extra fee). Location is near to easy walk from Kos port and the KTEL bus terminal."
