"Outdated, dirty, missold as a 5 star property, terrible food!"

"Great location with a bus stopping outside and fantastic sea views. The only thing that let the hotel down was the rooms. It was windy and the wind blew through the rooms, meaning most of our party couldn't sleep. Housekeeping was also poor with soap/shampoo etc, not being replaced and the incorrect number of towels being left. "

"Nice location, good pools, nice beach. Good and fresh drinks at bars. Especially good service at Main Bar next to the pool. Buffet is low standard for lunch and dinner. From a 5 star resort one would expect significantly higher standard-no variety, not good display and not tasty. Specialty restaurants were nice and tasty. "

"This is a lovely hotel and we were lucky enough to stay in room 2508 which in my opinion is one of the best rooms .. we had a private pool so no scramble For a sunbed in the morning. If You don’t like steps don’t stay here it was a hike to get to our room once we had been to the med bar for brunch .. which is excellent a big shout out to the friendly team here ! The pan Asian restaurant DUSK one of the favourite meals and Den Bar for the atmosphere as the sun goe Down with the dj and sax player...
