"From the moment we arrived at Sandy Beach we felt relaxed and comfortable. The welcome at reception was warm and friendly and we were checked in within minutes (despite us being an hour early) and could drop our bags off in the room and start exploring immediately. "Clean and comfortable and really nice staff. I was B and B and breakfast was plentiful but not much choice. Quite a long way from the beach and even further to the main street so maybe not really suitable for people who have limited mobility. Staff very helpful and if you booked trips through the hotel the coaches picked you up and dropped you off right outside. If you're looking for good value this could be for you."

"Everything was outstanding really. Not much to complain about. The food was excellent. It’s worth booking the restaurants ahead of time as they’re all so good. Just a note - it’s a pebble beach, not a sand beach so if that’s important, then worth bearing in mind"
