"There is a big sign outside that says ‘Grand Opening’. Not a chance, way too many things look worn and poorly maintained inside the room. It was also clear that the housekeeping crew was doing the bare minimum. Twice they left behind dirty towels (ones they had used, not mine) and my sheets were not changed once in the entire 6 night stay (no signage indicating they have eco-friendly policies). After waiting 45 minutes Then we were sent to a new hostel with same owners (its almost 1 am now) to then be given a room with dirty bedding covered in pubes a mysterious brown stain and cockroaches in the corner. Not to mention the no WiFi and smoking smells…. "

"The first room we got didnt look like the photos, was very mouldy and had peeling wall paper due to the humid environment. It was not really safe to stay in, however the staff did accommodate and relocate us to a nearby hotel for free."
