"The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Kiara in particular, she works the front desk, is a pure delight and she herself would be the reason I would visit again. "

"Lovely hotel. The staff are all friendly, room was very nice and breakfast was great!"

"Stop over location Really helpful staff On site parking good "

"easy parking"

"This is a beautiful old hotel property. It has great bones and the rooms have been updated and modernized nicely. That said, there are some very quirky aspects to the property. Firstly, there is no reception - just an automated machine that provides a key card. This means that there is no one to ask about parking, amenities etc. The second thing is that no one speaks English at all. The cleaning staff was very sweet but could not speak a word. We had to use Google Translate for all...

"Sehr aufmerksamer Service beim Frühstück. Sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, das mit Sorgfalt angerichtet wurde und viele selbstgemachte Sachen enthielt. "

"The room was very clean and in great condition. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were nice and plush. The closet was a huge walk in style so I was able to unpack and not have to feel like living out of a luggage bag. I loved the in room refrigerator. The shower was powerful and luxurious. Internet connected easy and was a good speed for working. Being an American speaking English only all staff was kind and spoke English for me. I felt right at home."

"Excellent Hotel in an old Palace. Room was very good and clean. Restaurant food and staff excellent. Hope to stay there again"

"Very nice stay"

"I had a big problem getting the key to the room. There was no note or message to explain how to get the key. I tried to call several times but there was no answer. It was a most challenging experience."

"Great service as always "

"Wonderful expérience ! Fabulous room "

"Too short a stay to tell."

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"

"Wir waren sehr angetan. Tolle Ausstattung, frisch zubereitetes Frühstück und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Definitiv eine familienfreundliche Unterkunft in der Nähe des Marktes. Innerhalb des Ortes alles fußläufig zu erreichen."

"Fine hotel, although it was a little noisy with the windows open. Convenient parking, and good rooms!"

"Stayed one night. Really comfortable beds, convenient location off the highway but very quiet area, good quality food and good for families. We would stay here again."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful"

"A fabulous, "Jugendstil" hotel,Tastefully renovated. Exceptionally friendly service. "

"The apartment we had wowed us. Modern design, super clean, super bright, fantastic view, floor heating, strong stable internet. We loved it and will surely book here again when we come to Zwickau again. It was wonderful, we loved it."
