"Wow! This property was amazing. It was so central for the Old Town and other attractions. The staff were attentive and very helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed. Love the spa bath but would advise not to put bubble bath in it. The kitchen area was equipped well. I would recommend this property and will certainly be returning. Thank you to all the staff. "It was a lovely beautiful hotel.very comfy beds and Pillows .water could be warmer for the shower ,because it was in the centre of town and I am a tourist in Krakow I found it difficult using tram to get there but the tram or bus stops at the hotel ,if anyone using tram it’s number 5 and bus 125 gets you to the hotel from krakow glowny,can’t really comment on breakfast as did not eat there but had drinks there and the staff and receptionist are very helpful ,they even booked me a taxi very early morning .overall lovely hotel and stay."
