"Very disappointed in the lady doing breakfast and front desk we arrived for breakfast and it was all done and she said oops it's done finished at 9 and it was even near 9 and she had a not nice attitude towards us at all we ended up having to go to Tim's. She was downright rude and snicker about it."

"Clean room, friendly staff and laundry on site. Very quiet place. Elevator had warning signs posted but worked well for us. Breakfast was ok but could have added varieties such as bacon, sausages etc. Gym also on site with weights but didn’t have time to use it. Overall convenient, quiet place with friendly staff."
