Wifi in room hit and miss. We had problems with digital lock to our room which took days to sort; several times keys renewed, battery in lock changed etc etc. Overall a great stay."

Anastasia was a fabulous host & was always available if we needed something - either on WhatsApp or at the property. We stayed in one of the Grand Suites in Mid-April 2024. The rooms were clean & full of little touches you’d expect in a 5 star property. They even left dishwasher tablets just in case you needed to use it. "Rooms were large and clean. Food options were excellent. Two great pools and also had a small beach front option. Service was really good. Went early in the season so was not to busy. Location is a bit cut off from everything but fine for a short relaxing week. We were on the 5th floor and bar is on the roof with music playing until 11pm so was a bit noisy but then your on holiday. Mountain view from room currently has a building site for new addtional hotel accomodation."
