Staff go out of their way to be helpful and the vibe is accepting. The pool area is exceptional and there are plenty of dining options both on site and nearby. The concierge was able to get us on tours and adventures that I was not able to book online. We will be back!"

"Appreciated the lei and beaded necklace greeting. Staff very friendly & welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. So helpful to have an in-room washer & dryer. Numerous pools all wonderful and nicely styled & landscaped. Nice to have Holoholo Grill on-site for easy meals. Location near beaches and other sites was also nice. Only disappointment was that the ocean view room we paid extra for was obstructed by utility poles and lines. Was hard for me to get past that. No photos on their site show these so it was a complete surprise. Finding a parking spot at night near our building was not always easy either. Other than that, Koloa is a wonderful resort."
