It felt like I am in a home. It very good for a group stay. Close to may popular places. Breakfast was good too.

The bed sheets are dirty and too rough, very unfortable and i can not fall asleep at all

I am sorry your experience was less than excellent. We use 300 TC bed sheets. It would have been nice if you let us know the moment you felt uncomfortable, we would have done our best to change the sheets and help. I hope you will give us a chance to host you again soon and we promise you a better experience.

Only think I’m suggesting to have lunch menu .. chef cooks food uses lots of oil. Not professional

Thank you for your feedback. Over time we have found that our guests have their breakfast and leave for the day either for work or for sight seeing. We have not too many requests for lunch. we offer home cooked food, so we need to make preparations for lunch based on the orders we have in hand. I am sincerely sorry we could not offer you the lunch. We will try to organise something soon.

Fantastic hotel!
This hotel is fantastic hidden lodge in Kolkata. It's very comfort and chill, and provide a breakfast. Little bit far from the main street but it makes this hotel really quite and cozy.

What a pleasant surprise!
Red Arrow is practically invisible from the street and the hotel itself is two floors of a building starting with the 4th floor. Very quiet. More like a dormitory than a hotel. But the view from my room was great. The food is good and the staff is outstanding. I am going to stay here every time I come to Kolkata from now on.

우선 빅토리아홀, 바울성당이 가깝고, 메트로역 인근이라이동에 편리하였습니다. 게스트하우스로 운영했던 것 같은데, 가족적이라 좋았습니다. 가성비 괜찮다고 봅니다. 다 좋은데 단지 입구에 대한 안내가 필요하다고 생각합니다. 다음날 콜카타 교외로 일찍 떠나야 해서 새벽 5시 반에 아침을 준비하여 주신 점 감사합니다.
