"Surprisingly good. I was a bit worried when reading google review, turns out this hotel became my favourite spot for the whole trip. The Onsen and food are just perfect. Onsen area is well maintained, variety of choices and clean water. Food is in room service, so you can take the time to enjoy without any distractions. Only thing is that my room is close to the elevator, but it’s quiet in general. "

"Staff was very friendly, professional and accomodating. Instructions were clear. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great. Would love to visit again!"

"This spot may not be one of the bigger roykans but is very hospitable. English friendly and onsen is tattoo friendly unfortunately the onsens are incredibly small the outside can only fit 2-3 people and the inside one is barely double that size. Dinner and breakfast were incredible."
