Extremely hot in April, Hotel staff are excellent, one slight disappointment, on check in we were given a 20 % discount on food and drinks which was a pleasant thought but when you get the bill there is a 10% service charge and a 7% tax, which you are not made aware of, so not perhaps such a pleasant discount. We had the Balcony deluxe which was a nice size room but extremely dark, on the plus side never been in a hotel room with so many sockets! The jacuzzi on the balcony took up almost the whole balcony and with the blinds to give privacy when using the jacuzzi made the balcony unusable, which is a shame as I do enjoy sitting on a balcony with a cup of tea first and last thing.

As you might be noticed that the restaurant menu did indicated 10% service charge and 7% government tax. Majority of the Hotel/Resort/Restaurant industry does requires 10% service charge and 7% government tax. Perhaps, we shall say the 20% discount offered is a token of appreciation for our customers that staying with us.
In aspects of the room that need updating, we will be implementing many of these upgrades to the property within the next couple of months. Our main priority is to be able to offer a very well-maintained and comfortable atmosphere.
I hope that I can convince you to change your mind about another visit to our property. Please reach out to us directly if you would be willing to give us a chance to turn your experience around. It would be such a pleasure to personally welcome you back to our property once again.
