The location of the resort is great, its in Lamai , so it is away from the hustle bustle Chewang, so the beach area is less crowded. The rooms are really nice, service is great, staff are super helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant is awesome. Good hotel for both family or couple.

What a great time, The staff were fantastic, the rooms amazing, go the spa pool room for sure, Food great, location .... well you see for yourself.... best resort on the beach!!

Position on the beach was great. All bars and restaurants close by. Construction of new pool area will improve this property as the original pool small and unappealing. Staff hit and miss, some very friendly others surly. Our first impression not a good one when we were put in a pokey room near a service area, but after complaint were moved the next day.

The hotel was beautiful and we were fortunate to be upgraded to a room with a whirlpool which was fantastic. Disappointingly we were given no notice that there would be work going on to build a new infinity pool and then were disturbed by unforeseen work on the spa which necessitated a move of room. Whilst customer service was generally very good we found Ahmey both patronising and offensive.

The property close to the beach. Staff kept grounds & rooms tidy & clean. Friendly staff & helpfull. Location close to Lamai market on Sunday afternoons.

Lovely stay

Extremely hot in April, Hotel staff are excellent, one slight disappointment, on check in we were given a 20 % discount on food and drinks which was a pleasant thought but when you get the bill there is a 10% service charge and a 7% tax, which you are not made aware of, so not perhaps such a pleasant discount. We had the Balcony deluxe which was a nice size room but extremely dark, on the plus side never been in a hotel room with so many sockets! The jacuzzi on the balcony took up almost the whole balcony and with the blinds to give privacy when using the jacuzzi made the balcony unusable, which is a shame as I do enjoy sitting on a balcony with a cup of tea first and last thing.

I have reviewed your comment and would like to extend our apologies if the team providing incomplete information, which unfortunately lead to a disappointment. As you might be noticed that the restaurant menu did indicated 10% service charge and 7% government tax. Majority of the Hotel/Resort/Restaurant industry does requires 10% service charge and 7% government tax. Perhaps, we shall say the 20% discount offered is a token of appreciation for our customers that staying with us. In aspects of the room that need updating, we will be implementing many of these upgrades to the property within the next couple of months. Our main priority is to be able to offer a very well-maintained and comfortable atmosphere. I hope that I can convince you to change your mind about another visit to our property.
