"I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even offered side by side room with a bypass door as I had my parents staying with me. Staff exceedingly friendly, polite and helpful with plenty of suggestions for dining/shopping/sites/etc.. booking from afar is always a gamble but they came through for us! "Renovated Portuguese-era building. Immaculate condition, while being faithful to its historic roots. A/C worked perfectly . Shower great. Beds super comfortable. Staff was attentive and hospitable. The hotel/ inn is 1 min from the Chinese fishing nets & is perfectly placed for nice shops and a handful of restaurants. Of the 6 properties in which I stayed on a 2-wk trip, this was easily my favorite. For visitors flying into COK airport, be aware that with standard traffic it’s 75-90 minutes to the property. (If you transit overnight, it’s more like 45 minutes.)"

"My stay at Tissa's Inn was fabulous. Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and COLD. Entire staff were kind, attentive and so interested in making our stay with them memorable. We arrived after the kitchen closed and were starving - the chef returned after leaving to make us dinner. I mentioned it was my birthday and they surprised me with a delicious cake and serenade. Breakfast and Dinner options were excellent. Perfectly located - walking distance to everything. I would absolutely return. Highly recommend. "
