Super nice hotel - very recommendable

Fährhaus gave us a very pleasant stay. Everything was perfect - the service in the reception, the restaurant and the room - simply nothing to complain over. we used the pool in the morning, everything was clean and nice and the fact that they have the pool on 5th floor gives a stunning view. We will recommend this hotel anytime.

We booked an hour before arrival for a one night stay. It’s a beautiful property on the water. Since the restaurant has a limited selection of items on the menu we sought advice from the front desk and she made a reservation for us. Very helpful and we ate at the recommended restaurant which was perfect for our tastes. Breakfast was fantastic with eggs cooked to order, great selection of items etc.

Everything you could wish for

We had a suite and it was quite phenomenal. Lovely news. Temperature was perfect. Large room. We stayed for nearly a week and could have stayed longer. The pool and spa was just a short walk along the corridor. That also was wonderful and at this time of the year we had the pool to ourselves. Meals were great and wonderful service and atmosphere. Oh, and a 75 inch television giving us a cinema for the evening. Room service was also great.

This is a beautiful property with a great staff. I would recommend staying here if you are coming to Koblenz. Make sure to have dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food is delicious.

Tolles Hotel mit gutem Spa und Essen

Es war toll, besonders das Spa mit dem Schwimmbecken das bis Mitternacht offen ist. Das Essen im Restaurant Landgang für Frühstück und Abendessen war hervorragend. Das einzige problem war die Dusche die in der Badewanne ist.

Das rel. neue, modern gestylte Hotel liegt direkt an der Mosel. Unser großes Zimmer zur Seite war sehr ruhig und verfügte über alles, was man braucht (TV, Minibar, Kaffee-Kapsel-Maschine, Wasserkocher, Fön, kl. Hygieneartikel). Negativ: Man sollte eigenes Duschgel/Shampoo mitbringen, da nur geringe Mengen vor Ort zur Verfügung stehen. Komplizierte LED-Lichtsteuerung. Heizung funktionierte nicht richtig. Großer Flat-TV mit (nur) 15 Sendern. Positiv: Schöner Indoor-Pool mit div. Funktionen, 1 Sauna (85°), 1 Dampfbad. Spa-Bereich war bis 24:00 Uhr geöffnet.
