"Staff at the breakfast restaurant and front desk were all friendly and helpful. Front desk even gave suggestions on when and who to use for our luggage service. Lounge drinks and snacks though need improvement if you compare it to hotel lounges of international hotels. "

"Pretty mid stay. No help was offered for our many luggages to be brought up. One of the reception raised her voice at my mother while I was checking us in simply because she was slightly in the way of other guests walking to the counter. Laundry was taken out of the machine sopping wet by staff less than 10 minutes after the dry cycle ended because I couldn’t make it down there immediately lol. Cleaning staff were great although you need to let them know if you want your room cleaned at all. Room was smaller than expected but decent. Not bad but just mid."
