"The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and had little translators to go from Japanese to English. They hold your Luggage’s if you have a late departure on your day of checking out. They are so close to the Universal Studios Japan, which is also nearby a lot of restaurants. Great location."

"Great location right next JR Namba station. Easy access to direct shuttle bus to/from KIX just steps away from hotel makes it super convenient. Having an onsite private bath gives an amazing experience. Rooftop view is excellent. Breakfast buffet is good but pricey. I would recommend you try once. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again next time."

"Love everything about the property. Especially the breakfast buffet was amazing…!!!!!! Also, very nice hot spring and near the kyoto station. I strongly recommend to anyone want to enjoy Kyoto. Entire building is shoeless which is very new to me but the condition of the entire building is so clean"
