"Room was nice ans simple, bathroom was awesome and had an amazing bidet. The free breakfast was excellent and the baggage lockers super useful and free. Only complaint was the very hard bed for some reason. Like extra firm. But otherwise great place great location "

"We had to leave early due to snow storm effecting flights but I wish we could’ve stayed longer and more days. The staff were so nice, always saying hi and bye when entering or leaving. It was clean, and had many amenities, even a place to warm up food. I will be staying here next time when coming back. It was perfect 6-7 minute walk to the station and close to a family mart and dotonbori "
