Although the rooms weee very comfortable and quiet, and the pool was nice, I believe the beach area needs some improvement. Some chairs, umbrellas etc… overall, a very nice place to stay, but kind of far from town

Hotel No Go

The staff was not service minded….no leadership.there was no pool towels, and no service at the pool. We can not recommend this hotel for anybody The luggage boys were the friendliest and most effective people at the hotel ,Thank you for that.

Hotellet var en stor besvikelse, hotellets bilder visar nått helt annat. Poolområdet behövde en rejäl renovering, konstgräset var trasigt, möblerna slitna och smutsiga och det saknades många klinkersbitar i polen som måste ha lossnat. Vi bodde i en bungalow som låg precis bakom en stor byggnad, så utsikten trist och inget ställe man ville spendera nån tid på, så uteplatsen var onödig. Sängarna stenhårda och varje bungalow sitter ihop med en annan, och det är oerhört lyhört. Frukosten var ett enkelt och smalt utbud som inte heller föll oss i smaken, bättre att gå till nån resturang i närheten. Det enda positiva var att det ligger med promenadavstånd till det mesta och att det fanns hjälp med väskor till och från piren. Kan inte rekommendera att bo här.

Hyggelig bungalow, men beskidt pool

Det var anden gang jeg boede på dette hotel i en bungalow. Valgte dette hotel pga lokationen og poolen. Til min store skuffelse var poolen grøn og havde alger hele vejen rundt, så man ikke havde lyst til at bade i den. Vi var syge en dag, en barn som kastede op o sengen, og hotellets rengøring var meget søde og kom og gjorde rent på værelset mens vi lå i sengen. Udemærket spisested til snacks og frokost. Det er ikke muligt ar købe alkohol nogle steder på hotellet eller på restauranten.

Rent och snyggt

Detta boendet håller en högre klass än andra på Phi phi island. Hårda sängar som på många andra ställen i Thailand, men man sover gott ändå. Rent och snyggt med trevlig personal. Kan vetkligen rekommenderas.

Love love love everything about this property. Great location! Accessible to the port, local shops, food places, the beach. The property was very clean, the rooms were lovely & comfy! Breakfast has a big variety & delicious. I’d go back!

Generally good, with a few tolerable drawbacks

We stayed in one of the pool front villas, which was nice for the most part. The bathroom was definitely a letdown. The photos online were clearly of other units, because ours was just a shower head and drain next to the toilet, with no curtain, tub, or anything. The towel rack also fell out of the wall on multiple occasions. Ants came out of the shower drain. Apart from the bathroom, though, the room was clean, and the A/C worked very well. The TV signal was consistently fuzzy. The pool is smaller than it appears in the photos, but still a decent size, and deeper than it looked. Breakfast was underwhelming, but free, so ultimately it’s still nice to have.

L’hôtel est très bien placé, non bruyant, et L’hôtel donne directement sur la plage. La piscine est un peu vieillotte Ainsi que les chaises et les transats autour mais Cela reste quand même agréable. Le petit déjeuner est assez varié et les produits sont bons. La vue de la salle du petit déjeuner est simplement magnifique.
