Toller Blick, sinnvoller Grundriss für 2 Parteien und drittes an das eine Schlafzimmer angeschlossenes Schlafzimmer mit weiterem Doppelbett. Personal absolut top! Super freundlich und die gesamte Karte des Restaurants ohne Aufpreis auch als Roomservice. Weg zum Strand absolut okay, Scooter Verleih vor Ort. Pool auch top. Waren super zufrieden.

Good but not for very old people

Very friendly staff. Fixed small issues fast and with a smile. Food more “falang” oriented. Book pickup at pier before arrival. Internet ok but a little slow. Prepare for som walk up and down hill or rent a motorbike. Beautiful, relaxed and calm area with pools.

Amazing Staff at Suan Sawan

Suan Sawan was an amazing place to stay on Koh Phangan! The staff was so helpful and friendly, and our room was great. The only downfall is that Suan Sawan is kind of far from attractions so you either need to rent scooters or arrange rides with Suan Sawan. Overall, I highly recommend!

Kleine, sehr schöne Anlage mit viel liebe zum Detail , an einem Berg gelegen somit hat man das Gefühl auf seinem eigenen Hügel mitten im Dschungel zu sein.Uns wurden alle wünsche sofort erfüllt (Danke Mo ). Das kleine Restaurant bietet Frühstück und warme Küche ( sehr lecker).

Vue incroyable mais reculé de tout

Première nuit sur Koh Phangan, hôtel reculé, perdu dans la jungle et difficile d’acces Nous avions pris un bungalow avec vue. Habitation de fortune. Salle de bain précaire et petit lit. Les piscines sont difficile d’acces Car le terrain est très pentu. Cependant la vue était incroyable et l’accueil très sympa.

Excellent staff, great hotel, but it is not on the beach and definitely not for people with limited or poor mobility as it on a hillside. The manager Mik is very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.

Very nice beach and view from room

The Hotel is up a steep hill about a 10 minute walk from the beach. Beach is very nice with a number of very expensive hotels on it. The hotel room we had was a beach style hut that had electricity,air con added. The room was a bit expensive compared to other accommodations we had in Thailand, possibly due to the location. The location was fairly isolated and was expensive to get to other parts of the island. I probably wouldn’t have stayed there knowing this now. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. They did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. There were free rides and pickups from the nearby town. The view from the room was amazing and the beach was peaceful.

Très belle vue. Calme, paisible.

Tres paisible, très belle vue, sur les hauteurs mais proche de la plage (7 minutes de marche) et de la charmante ville/village. Personnel très gentil et accueillant. (Un énorme merci à Moo). Piscine sympa. Jardin magnifique. La chambre au même niveau que la piscine est assez spartiate avec une tres petite salle de bain. Dommage, mais bon, nous ne restons dans la chambre que pour dormir....

Paradise in the Jungle

The location of this hotel is perfect, nestled in the jungle just above the beach. The area is still pretty isolated so doesn't have the full tourist feel. There are enough restaurants in this side of the island to keep yourself fed. There is a beautiful infinity pool in the hotel that overlooks the ocean and jungle, a magical experience staying here.

Amazing stay in the paradise

This stay was exceptional. Not only great location, quite and relaxing, less then 10 mins to the most beautiful beach in Ko Phangan, but also the people who take care about villa and customers are just amazing. We were staying at the Sea View Pent House, felt like home 24/7. All villa staff were very attentive, extremely friendly and helpful with anything we requested. The quality of villa services were amazing: housekeeping, laundry, food - have something special to say here - the best food in this area! Not a single restaurant on the beach offered such an amazing Thai food we ate at the villa restaurant. Special thanks to Apple, the villa manager, she is a very kind and nice person and we will be missing her a lot. She arranged a lot of extra things for us such as kayaking, bikes, Thai cooking classes, she is also a very professional concierge recommended us the things worth to do, best suppliers and travel agents, helped with tickets reservations and transfers. We also met the villa owner Stig who is European living in Thailand for a long time. He has definitely right approach to managing this rater large property focusing on the guests comfort. Huge thanks to all of you for making our 12 days stay so memorable. I could see also how other guests were happy and satisfied with the villa quality and the service. We will be missing this amazing time.

Merveilleux hôtel situé à l'est de l'île. C'est idéal pour les vacances en couplescar c'est loin de la fête. La plage est belle et il n'y a pas beaucoup de Touristes. Petit bémol sur l'accès à l'hôtel et au village à côté. Ça grimpe sévère et vaut mieux pas avoir peur de la forêt :) très bon accueil de David qui nous a très bien conseillé tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement

Het appartement (ocean view) is zeer ruim met een woonkamer, keuken, twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Het uitzicht op zee is geweldig. Bij aankomst viel op dat op het terras een bordje hing dat het verboden was om hier te roken. Op de tafel onder het bordje stond een volle asbak. Niet erg zorgvuldig als er nieuwe gasten komen. Het appartement was niet schoon. Op het gasfornuis in de keuken lagen nog etensresten van de vorige bewoners. In het putje van de douche zaten zoveel haren dat het water niet wegliep. Als de kamer werd schoongemaakt gebeurde dat niet consequent. Niet altijd schone handdoeken en niet altijd werden de bedden opgemaakt. We maakten het zelfs mee dat handdoeken die we op de grond legden voor een vervanging weer werden opgehangen. De schoonmaak laat dus zeer te wensen over! Dit was tijdens onze vakantie zelfs de enige accommodatie waar we kakkerlakken tegenkwamen in huis. De weg naar het appartement is onverlicht en erg steil. Tijdens onze eerste dag bleken we geen warm water te hebben in de douche. De eigenaar gaf aan dat de boiler stuk was en pas na ons vertrek vervangen zou worden. Heel slecht dat hij dat vooraf niet had gemeld. Nu zaten we voor veel geld in een appartement waarvan de eigenaar gemakshalve verzweeg dat er geen warm water was. Op ons eigen initiatief hebben we twee keer kunnen douchen in een appartement dat niet gebruikt werd. Voor de rest met het gezin onder een ijs koude douche.

Falsche Vorstellung!!

Leider haben auch wir uns von der tollen Homepage blenden lassen! Gebucht hatten wir die Moutain View Wohnung. Sicherlich hängt der Owner (Stieg) mit Herzblut am Suan Sawan, was er uns nach Kritik an seiner Anlage auch lauthals zu verstehen gegeben hat.... Die Idee vom Suan Suwan mag ja sehr schön sein, aber wir haben uns etwas anderes vorgestellt, denn ein Spa Resort ist es nun wirklich nicht, wie es laut Hotel-eigener-Homepage versprochen wird! Es fängt damit an, das das Resort weit weg vom Strand ist und man es nicht mit einem normalen Auto erreichen kann, die Straße ist nicht leicht zu bewältigen, gerade mit Kinder im Dunklen. (Kein Licht) Nur ein Schlafzimmer hat eine Klinaanlage! Warmes Wasser gab es in den 8 Tagen nicht! Handtücher auch erst auf 2 x Nachfrage! Es gibt keinen Schrank für Bekleidung. Es gibt keine Sitzmöglichkeit in der Wohnung außer einem Barhocker! Miskitoalarm! Wir hatten für das Geld einfach mehr Standart erwartet.... Leider ist Stieg uns nicht entgegen gekommen, als wir frühzeitig auschecken wollten! Im übrigen waren wir nicht die Einzigen, die dort nicht zufrieden waren! Dank an das supernette Personal, das immer freundlich war und uns ein leckeres Frühstück jeden Morgen serviert hat!

Jungleparadis nær verdensklassestrand

I denne oase, fandt vi fantastiske forhold for vores lille familie på fire. Vores lejlighed var super hyggelig, ren og lækker. Villaen og haven er delikat integreret i den eksisterende natur. De to swimmingpools har direkte udsigt til det hele. Værtsfamilien tog rigtig godt imod os. Man fornemmer en virkelig familiær stemning. Det virker oprigtigt som om personalet trives på stedet. Vi blev her fem dage af vores ø-hop-ferie og nød hvert et minut af den gode mad, udsigten over junglen, bugten og havet og den fredfyldte stemning. Perfekt til at få skuldrene helt ned. Stig (ejeren) tilbød oven i købet at levere vores ene datters pung og mobiltelefon, som hun glemte i Suan Sewans bil, da de kørte os ned til Ko Tao færgen. Forestil jer glæden hos vores teenagedatter da pung og især iPhone pludselig bare lå i reception på vores nye hotel. Stranden er noget af det bedste og smukkeste vi nogensinde har oplevet. Vi glæder os meget til at komme tilbage og se de nye flotte bungalows være færdige oppe på bjergsiden. Vi kan ikke anbefale Suan Sewan nok. Et sted lige efter vores hoveder - og tilmed til meget rimelige priser.
