Was an enjoyable stay. Property is divided into a beachfront area with pools and restaurants and the actual lodging area on the other side of the road. There’s a pedestrian tunnel that goes under the road. Our lodgings were a decent walk from the beachfront. Would have been a little difficult for anyone with mobility issues. They provide a shuttle service but that can be unreliable at certain times of the day though. Overall would still recommend though. Family enjoyed the beach a lot.

Bunty and his team get a solid 5 stars or more if I could give more stars. They went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing one. Bunty is always receptive to feedback and is always there to help us with tips on things to do and places to visit.. So service is 10/10. The location is also amazing 10/10. Right on the beach with lots of food and drink options. The Thai food at chedi and the cocktails at ten face are also amazing. So they have really good chef(s) and bartenders. As for the hotel and rooms, it looks like renovations are in progress and there is still work to be done on that front. Our original accommodation was still undergoing renovations so we were given the accommodation above it which was almost fully renovated, but it still needs some work to be done and needs attention to detail so for now 4/5 stars. To compensate for it they offered us a free dinner on the beach which was amazing and we really appreciated it. They are slowly opening more and more sections of the hotel so once all the renovations are complete, the rooms might get the full 5 stars. I believe the 2 year shut down during Covid caused a lot of wear and tear that the team is currently working on addressing. Hopefully the rooms get to join the 5 star club soon.

Relaxing stay.
Visited during low season, but very happy with the facilities and the warm welcome from the staff. The beachside location was incredibly convenient and the pool towels in their own reusable bag were a welcome touch. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants to enjoy and the room was big and well equipped; a great spot for a relaxing vacation.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel, room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel and area was very quiet when we stayed which was nice as pretty much had pool and the beach to ourselves most of the time. Definitely a place to chill and relax, would need transport if you wish to go further afield than the small strip of beach front hotels and restaurants.

Nice hotel, terrible staff!
Hotel is nice, especially glass villas. I dont recommend to book rooms called myth, we had to change it, as it was very far from the beach, on the hill and in sun it is impossible to pass this way even once, even tough they provide cars for transportation it is not convinient to wait all the time that driver comes, time waste. Other rooms like Star path are also on a hill but closer, so best location had glass villas and veranda villas. Hotel is really nice and clean. But what about staff, here we had problems during check in, first of all manager only cares about money and not about clients feedback or comfort, he tried to lie to us several times and wasn’t ashamed at all! he just doesn't care about hotel reputation etc. there was not any sense to complain about anything even to GM. Problem was that they were trying to charge us more for the room change in spite of the fact that we paid more for the room we booked and the room on which we were changing on cost cheaper! I explained many times to them that it is not fair but they didnt care, hi lied to us that it was surcharge because of early check in,when I argued that we didnt even check in in any room as we were trying to change room during 2hr, he changed and said it was because we were using there amenities, when I asked which amenities exactly he again changed and said it was again because the room was costing more,when I showed how much we paid and how much new room cost in real he tried to call GM who didnt care also

Beautiful hotel. Lacks amenities and good services
I loved the resort grounds and everyone was very friendly. Although, a few things could be better. The first is the lack of privacy in the bathroom. The toilet could at least have a solid door. Another, is the TV. How in the world could you get anything to work. I get theres a beach so who needs TV. Although, when im ready to go to bed, id like to have it on. It was extremely confusing and ended up not working at all because of slow wifi. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. I had the American breakfast and let me say there was nothing on that plate that was American and i am one. Americans dont eat hotdogs for breakfast lol Lastly, we had the hotel setup a transfer back to Krabi airport. We were under the impression we would be sharing a van that carried 9 people. The driver ended up cramming 13 people and stacking luggage on peoples laps during a 3 hour drive. Things got alittle hostile between the passengers screaming at the driver to stop throwing luggage around.

Larger resort style accommodation mid priced.
Being a little South of the Island makes it a little more remote- nice quiet area. Great location with pools over looking the ocean view. Clean beach. Good local eats and bars. As it is a larger resort it is a little more busy with guests. Great view / location for breakfast- get in early. Unfortunately we had no hot water for our shower during our stay. We were at the back of the resort- watch out for the monkeys!! Hotel staff pleasant great house keeping service. Grabbing a scooter is ideal. Do not pay more than 300bht for transport to and from ferry.

It was in a great location right next to the beach but also nestled in the trees so you were surrounded by wildlife. It had an amazing bath too. The staff were all lovely. The only downsides were the air con was extremely noisy so woke us up sometimes and the water for the shower was either cold or scalding hot no inbetween. Despite this if we were to visit Ko Lanta again then we would stay here for sure.

We checked into this hotel on New Year’s Eve and were very excited after seeing the website. Our booking very clearly stated that it included New Year’s Eve gala tickets but on arrival were told we would need to pay extra for these - as I had this in writing I refused but we ended up sat in reception for two hours waiting for this to be resolved. The hotel has gorgeous facilities and the room was lovely, as were the pool areas and restaurant. We tried to forget about the poor start and relax but upon check out had to wait so that they could check we hadn’t stolen anything! I have never received this kind of service from any hotel and it was an awful way to end our stay. Beautiful hotel but that definitely does not make up for the terrible service (especially for the price you pay). We would not stay here again for that reason

As somebody mentioned Srilanta must mean stay away in Thai - avoid this hotel at any price! Dirty rooms and poor service - nothing even close to four stars. Food was mediocre, and the staff never smiled or even said hi. They barely cleaned our room, and the bathroom smelled terrible. It looks like the management is trying to make money out of everything without investing in proper trainings, facilities and service.

We stayed in Jacuzzi room. Please note that you won’t have privacy cause there is no windows or blinders and everyone can see you. And the room touched up very cheap material, especially the roof is actually plastic finish up (you will be surprised). During our stay, it was so windy at night and we were keep waking up!! Super noisy at night as the plastic roof not stick together and up and down whenever winds blowing. For breakfast, not many selections and um.. not recommend. And! You can’t charge to the room if you order from the restaurant or bar and need to bring cash or credit card. As per the staffs, own by different owners. It is very inconvenient. Lastly, the room was not soundproof. We woke up cause we could hear the talking from next door. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Location: good location by the beach, a little further on the island than I would prefer, but there was still plenty to do around. Beach was excellent, although there were a few rocks. Room: we stayed in the myth rooms, which are furthest away from the beach. There are monkeys in the morning and afternoon, and one time monkey charged at us and hissed. The room needs serious upgrading, and the bathtub was in an unusable condition, which was disappointing. The open concept bathroom is spatious and we enjoyed it but it could prove lacking in privacy for some. Service: the staff really tries to provide excellent service, but it is clear that there are management issues. No one knows what is going on exactly. We ordered a room with 2 beds, got one with just one, and it took nearly an hour to get someone to fix this. The same kind of happens for any service you request. Again, the staff really tries, but either there are not enough of them or the communication is simply not there. Amenities: the pools are great, which is nice. We didn't use the spa, since it was much more expensive than the beach Thai massages. The hotel however, is still under construction (even though I specifically asked if it was still going to be). So things aren't quite what you would expect. Food: breakfast is below average for the price. Low variety and the food is tasteless. We only ate once at the western and Thai restaurants, and they were just ok. Overpriced for what you get

A fabulous resort to enjoy Koh Lanta
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the SriLanta Resort. The staff were friendly and competent. The bungalow was spacious and had everything one could need. The beach was simply fabulous, and so were the 3x swimming pools. Internet connection was good. Food at the restaurant was delicious... The only thing the wife did not particularly enjoy, was sharing the bathroom with gecos and other creepy crawleys (to be expected in the middle of the jungle!). Would definitely recommend!

The hotel itself was really cool, lots of cute little bungalows, pool side chairs and beach front chairs (be prepared to get there early though as there was not a seat available by 11am everyday we were there), and a very jungle-esque environment. Our issues came down to our room. This was the last stop of our honeymoon, so we upgraded to the Star Path villa for the claims of the views and the beautiful room. The room was very cool when we first arrived, super spacious, basically the size of a small apartment with multiple separate rooms and a big balcony, however, the view was mostly obstructed by trees so you only saw a partial bit of the ocean and there were severe monkey warnings everywhere which definitely woke us up early one morning clammering all around and on the roof, cute but irritating that early. The walk up the path for us was fine, we're a fit couple. Our issues with the room started on arrival, AC was not on and the entire bungalow was stifling hot. AC was only located in the bedroom and would auto turn off after awhile, frustrating when coming back from the beach already sun soaked. We had to keep all doors closed just to cool the bedroom which meant the other rooms of the bungalow were too uncomfortable to hang out in. The next issue were a few nails sticking out of the wood floor boards, which caught my husbands foot and badly gashed it open, we were extremely upset about this as we had beach excursions and had to significantly wrap up his foot to protect

Beware of forest view rooms
Excellent location, hotel a bit tired round the edges. Beware when booking the forest rooms - most overlook a building site. No point having a jacuzzi on the balcony if there’s a horrible view! We asked to be moved to a cloud suite (with an upgrade cost) and the staff were very helpful and accommodating and the new room was great.

Couple vacation
Took a 5 day vacation to Koh Lanta. The resort is a fantastic value for cost. Very easy access to the beach, nice breakfast and the tourist shop on premises made it easy to book excursions and rent motor bikes

Very relaxing and quiet and excellent room with lots of extra touches, decorated wonderfully. The room did however smell a little of damp, most likely due to its position at the back of the resort amidst the trees/forest/jungle. The room was execlemnt though, very clean, big and beautiful.

Over priced
The hotel has expanded the number of rooms considerably and facilities are unable to cope. Breakfast was 2 star at best and something of a rugby scrum each day. Coffee ran out and wasn't refilled. In general staff lacked the warmth that is usually the service characteristic of Thailand. The room itself was nice but my seaview turned out to be a view of a maintenance area and car park. Wifi was terrible - the worst I have experienced anywhere in quite some time.
