Look hard there is a lot here for the money
This guest house is well located close to the waterfront and shops. It isn't the most chic place but it has everything a guest could need. Pool towels, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, bbq facilities, safe parking, thorough information on the area and advice on things to do. The breakfast is again not fancy or trendy in presentation but it is good food, well cooked and enough to choose from. All in all its a great value stay.

Good value B&B with pleasant views over lagoon
Stayed here for three nights while travelling the garden route. The hosts were friendly and offered tour advice and recommendations for places to visit. A tasty cooked breakfast was provided along with the usual cold cuts, cereal and pastries. The room itself was spacious with a lovely balcony, kettle and fridge. There are also pretty gardens with a swimming pool. Aestas offered very good value in the centre of Knysna.

We appreciate your comment on the bed linen, all the rooms have a different colour scheme and sheets are fitted accordingly. superb guest house
Great place to stay, close to all amenities and a very clean and tastefully decorated apartment. Sliding doors access to pool area and the best bit has to be the owners who were so customer service focussed. We will book again if we return to Knysna.

Nice at Knysna
Guus and Lidy were attentive and helpful hosts and provided useful discount vouchers for local attractions. Excellent breakfast. We did the Featherbed boat trip and visited Birds of Eden at Plettenberg Bay - both excellent. Book a room with a balcony.

Affordable lodge in a good location.
Clean spacious and functional room with all amenities provided for a comfortable stay. Good and safe location with restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is good and the host gave us a great welcome and provided us with lots of information regarding the to dos on the Garden Route. We stayed for a night and had really had a good rest. Good job!

Ficamos hospedados apenas uma noite, mas nossa impressão foi super positiva. Fizemos o check in após o horário, devido a um atraso na estrada, e o Gus (quem nos recebeu) foi muito prestativo e atencioso. Quarto limpo e confortável. Excelente localização. Café da manhã muito bom!

Estabelecimento bem próximo do Waterfront e ao lado do shopping center e demais comércios. Quarto amplo, com frutas e café de cortesia. Estacionamento no local. Em geral, vale o custo benefício.

Ottimo B&B a 10 minuti a piedi dal waterfront di Knysna.Camera non grandissima ma con tutte le comodita' necessarie e soprattutto pulita e arredata con gusto. Ottima e varia la colazione e gentilissimo il padrone di casa. Assolutamente consigliato

Ótimo B&B em Knysna
B&B muito confortável. Fica um pouquinho longe do Waterfront que é onde estão concentradas as atrações mas, como é bem fácil de estacionar lá, não tivemos problema. O dono até falou que poderíamos ir a pé porque eram só uns 10 min andando e era seguro mas estava uma noite muito fria. O café da manhã foi bem satisfatório e o quarto também. Definitivamente recomendo!

Tolles Hotel mit toller Lage!
Wir würden sehr herzlich und überraschend auf deutsch empfangen. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß mit einem tollen Blick auf die Lagune von unserem großen Balkon. Beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gefehlt! Wir würden wieder her kommen!

Ótima estadia! Casal donos da pousada sempre presentes e muito atenciosos! Deram dicas de passeios todos os dias, voucher de descontos e nos atendiam muito bem no serviço de café da manhã. O quarto era espaçoso e banheiro pequeno.

Boa localização, ótimo café
Ótima localização e um café da manhã completo e bem servido. O quarto era no andar de baixo, ouvíamos todos os ruídos do andar superior, também cheirava a mofo e a cama não era confortável. O proprietário nos deu ótimas dicas e você estará a uma curta caminhada do Waterfront. Acho que tivemos azar com o quarto que nos deram...

Beautiful place and amazing people
Beautiful place and amazing people! The room was so beautiful and comfortable, we also had fresh fruits in the room! A warm and relaxing rain shower to finish the hiking day. The owners are so sweet and kind, as they care about all the details to make you feel like at home. A great and delicious breakfast is available with many options. For sure I come again when I have the opportunity

Ein sehr schönes B&B in guter Lage mit modern eingerichteten großen Zimmern, einem schönen Garten mit Pool, einem tollen Frühstück und sehr netten Gastgebern. Absolut empfehlenswert.

guest house familiale bien placée et propre
guest house niveau 3 étoiles simple mais très correct. Accueil charmant de la part des hôtes néerlandais qui parlent français. Chambre vaste avec petite douche et un balcon avec vue sur le lagon de Knysna, orienté sud ( donc pas de soleil sauf le matin tôt et en soirée). Petit déjeuner correct mais assiette de bacon avec oeuf et tomates (pas de saucisse et champignons!). Parking privé pour l'auto. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Je devais y rester 1 nuit et j'y ai une 2nde nuit. Restos et commerces à pied en 3 mn.
