Her warm hospitality and genuine care made such a difference she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. "This is the ideal place to be away from the daily rut. I was away from work on vacation and made the best of my time relaxing by the pool a day at the spa, the body massage I highly recommend. The bar lounge staff were polite and courteous, don’t miss to order Bloody Mary. Room service was amazing, quick and suggested entrees. One of the managers Mr Mithun was awesome he came to rescue one night when a private party was too loud. Overall the best hotel in Kandy. Thank you for making my stay memorable. "
