"This location is right on par with any Hampton Inn we"ve stayed at. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds and pillows, and the staff here was extrememly friendly and helpful. The pool was drained but we did not intend to use it anyhow. The fitness room was well appointed with mats, dumbells, bench, elliptical, treadmill, and Peleton bike. The only downside was the hotel fronts Henley Street, which is a main artiery through downtown. If you can get a room that faces the parking garage on the east, I'm sure it would be fine. But with the elevators, vending, and housecleaning facilities, more rooms face Henley St., and it can be very loud. Being downtown when visiting our son at the University was nice, but I would want to make sure I had a room on the wast side of the hotel if I stayed here again."

"Every staff member we met from the moment of arrival were friendly and welcoming. Everything was in excellent condition. The restaurant was small but cozy and the food and cocktails were very good. Great location for walking."

"Excellent location in walking distance to Market Square, shopping and dining. My only complaint was noise off of our room from loud cars, and motorcycles. I'm a light sleeper so this was not ideal for me. Also the TV was color was distorted, and needs to be replaced. The lobby is lovely and the breakfast buffet was a notch nicer than other hotels. "

"Staff was very courteous. Room walls are extremely thin and was able to hear TVs from next room and voices clearly from hall. Rooms overlooking Main Street were unfortunately subject to multiple fire truck sirens throughout the night very clearly heard. Location is great for downtown however. "
