This place needs help. For what you pay to stay they offer real amenities. Rooms are outdated. Cooperstown restaurant has a poor menu. The coffe pot was not working. Its acshamecvecause you pay top dollar.

Hyatt Place Knoxville Downtown
Location was excellent and the hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The entire downtown was walkable from the hotel. The room was large and inviting.
