We are so sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, when booking through a third party, there can be technical errors. This causes overbooking from said third party. Thankfully, we did have a room with two places to sleep for you and accommodated you the best we could. We would be happy to make sure any reservation you make is with the correct room type if you call directly to the hotel and make your reservation. We have been working with local law enforcement to prevent this issue from arising. We are also sorry to hear about the ice machine issue. Unfortunately when we have to order parts for machines that are broken, it does take some time. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this caused.
