"My room and the staff were absolutely amazing. This is my second time staying at this hotel and it never disappoints. One thing that I didn’t realize is that you have to request housekeeping services if you are staying for several days. No fault of the hotels though. I just didn’t know. However, I will for sure to be back to my hometown and when I do, Derby City is where I’ll be staying!"

"Got in very late at night. I had received a text message to go ahead and check in online to expedite my check-in process, which I did. Well, when I arrived, I had to fill out everything all over again. He didn't have any of the information from the online process. So ignore the text message. "
"I was surprised by the niceness of the Room. Clean quiet restful night. I had one problem to no avail. My Smart T.V. wasn’t so smart as I along with two employees David & Kai spent 45 minutes trying to troubleshoot. I was in Room 103. I was offered to switch Rooms for which I declined because I was exhausted and already comfortably situated in the Room. "
