The room was nice, but the TV kept malfunctioning (volume didn't work, couldn't view any channels). Courtyard by Marriott Waterloo St. Jacobs
The room and bathroom were generally clean, but it was noticeable that the floors hadn’t been vacuumed before I checked in, and they still hadn’t been done the next day. The hotel used to maintain a much higher standard, so this was a bit disappointing compared to previous stays.
