"The location is the best. It’s the meeting point for almost all tours. There are bus stops both ways right outside. And you can see aurora when it’s strong despite the lights. The only downside is the hot water isn’t stable in the room, and weak in mine. I had to use the shower in the sauna "

"While this may have been cheaper than other options, it was not worth the money. The building is like a shed located away from the main city centre. My room smelled like cigarette smoke when I arrived. I think it may have been coming in through the vents however it was overpowering and very unpleasant for a non smoker. The bathroom completely flooded from using the shower as the drain did not work properly. The room and bathroom are both very small but this was expected. The property itself is unstaffed but they are also very hard to contact as they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails. I called a number of times and the only time someone picked up they told me they would take a message and call back, however I never received a call. I wouldn’t return and would recommend finding somewhere else to stay. "
